About these templates
Paste your guest network name and password once, then print a small sign by the espresso machine or on the counter card holder.
SSID, security type, and password are encoded locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or log WiFi credentials.
Enter the SSID exactly as phones list it, including spaces and capitalization — Cafe_Guest is not the same as cafe_guest.
For counter signs, a 50 mm wide sticker or A6 tent (105 × 148 mm) works well. Keep the QR at least 25 mm square with quiet space around it.
Use WPA/WPA2 for modern routers. Choose No password only for intentional open guest networks.
Test-scan while standing at the counter before laminating. Steam, cups, and glare near coffee machines can hide QR edges on glossy prints.

Is the WiFi password stored on your servers?
No. Static WiFi QR creation happens entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved by this app or sent to our servers.
Why do cafe WiFi codes fail to connect?
The most common issue is a mismatched SSID or security type. Copy the network name from a phone that already connects, then re-download after fixing typos.
What size should a cafe counter WiFi sign be?
A 50 mm wide sticker or A6 card is enough for most counters. Keep the QR at least 25 mm square and test before laminating.
Can I hide the password while typing?
Yes. Use the show/hide control on the password field, then download when ready.
