Share a digital contact card with a QR code

A vCard QR code lets someone save your contact details with one scan. Put it on a business card, badge, or booth sign so people store the right phone and email without retyping.

About this QR tool

Enter at least a first or last name. Add organization, phone, email, and website only if you want them saved — shorter cards often scan more reliably on older phones.

Most devices understand vCard 3.0, but the save screen differs by camera app and OS. Always test on both iPhone and Android before ordering printed cards.

On a business card, keep the QR at least 20–25 mm square with quiet space. For badges and booth posters, 30 mm or larger is safer at arm’s length.

This is a static code: if your phone or email changes, you must create and print a new PNG. Dynamic QR is for editable web links, not for rewriting vCard payloads after print.

Use a short frame label such as Save contact, Add me, or in Thai บันทึกเบอร์ / นามบัตร so people know the scan adds a contact rather than opening a website.

Generation runs in your browser. We do not store the contact fields you type for a static vCard download.

Frequently asked questions

Will every phone save the contact the same way?

Most phones understand vCard 3.0, but the save screen can differ by device and camera app. Test on the phones your customers actually use.

Can I update the details after printing?

No. This is a static QR code. If your details change, create and print a new code.

How large should the QR be on a business card?

Aim for at least 20–25 mm square with quiet space around it. Smaller codes often fail under soft indoor lighting.

Do you store my phone number or email?

No for static vCard codes. Fields stay in your browser until you download the image.
